In the drowning district of Neo-Seattle, illegal courier Kira Vance jacks into a dying client's neural implant to locate his missing biological daughter, only to find the girl's consciousness hijacked by a phantom signal from the city's abandoned central server tower. As Kira navigates the treacherous digital black markets and blood-soaked rain slicked alleys, a cult of analog zealots begins hunting her, believing she carries the corrupted soul of their murdered digital messiah.
